 Shipping Insurance & Lost / Damaged Parcels
We take shipping risks seriously. If the parcel fails to be delivered due to transit damage, customs inspection or other logistics issues, we will arrange a replacement shipment or issue a refund accordingly.

 Customs & Import Duties
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price and shipping cost.
